New Protocols for Catchers during Covid-19

Shoalhaven Snake Catchers are implementing a few protocols to continue to assist in snake removals during these tough times.

After much deliberation we have decided to commence business with strict protocols in place. This is to protect ourselves, health compromised family and the wider community, while still providing our service.
 
We will be recommencing business this season with the following protocols in place:

  • No indoor catches will be attended. This applies to both residential and commercial properties.
  • All call-outs must be paid for in advance, via a card over the phone. No cash will be accepted.
  • When we attend your property, you must stay at least 6 feet away from the catcher. It is preferrable that everyone remains inside the for duration of the property search and/or catch. If you do remain outside, we ask that you wear a suitable mask.
  • Our usual first aid demonstration will no longer be presented.
  • A mask will be worn at all times by the attending catcher.

    • As much as our catchers love to have a yarn with our clients after the job is completed, we will have to refrain from doing so for the time being as to reduce the time spent at the property.
